Case Result: $1,500,000.00

Here at Franklin & Rapp, we truly are a boutique law firm.  We are also a small law firm.  However, that does not mean that we don't handle big cases and get big results for our clients.  As I have written about on this website, we have had criminal cases in Lexington, Kentucky and the surrounding Kentucky area that have appeared on national television shows like "Inside Edition" and "Snapped."  Our family law practice also handles cases from simple uncontested divorces all the way through complex litigation matters.

However, did you know that we have also handled personal injury cases?  This is not something we really advertise as we are mostly known for our other areas of practice.  However, I wanted to tell you a quick story about an automobile injury case we just handled in order to show you that we will take on whoever the opposition is, in whatever type of matter, with the attention to detail, professionalism and competitive spirit we put into this case.

Our client was injured by the driver for a nationally known restaurant chain, with thousands of stores world-wide.  When the case began, they tried to delay, strong-arm him and offer him a mere pittance to settle.  When we got involved, their offer for settlement was laughable.  We worked the case, employed experts and litigated it through court, winning several key battles along the way.  At the final mediation, mere days before trial, they saw that we were not backing down and settled the case for $1,5000,000.00.  I was so happy for our client and so proud of the effort we put in.

Truth be told, we put the same effort into every matter that we handle.  No attorney can ever guarantee results.  What we guarantee is that we will maximize our energies in our service to you, no matter what type of case it is.

Franklin & Rapp may be a small firm, but it is the one you want on your side.
